Ignorance will never enable any solution

"If He should surely save us from this[crisis], we will surely be among the thankful."[6:63]

What is happening is neither hypothetical nor theoretical anymore. It is happening. Now the question is what are we doing about it? If certain entities due to their pride or lack of admissions to their mistakes continue to remain silent, then the whole nation is at a loss. It seems that to this date we find it difficult to do anything. The big question is why?

The Bahrain government cannot continue to avoid the situation however, besides the government, it is the duty of every moral citizen to stand up and demand a resolution and an end to any external interference before we reach a point of no return.

Here is how it really is in Bahrain. The King called for dialogue. The main participants of the dialogue are supposed to be opposition political groups from both pro and antigovernment backgrounds, civil society, NGO's etc.

I will put this in simple terms for those who do not understand and have a habit of twisting my words in order to suit themselves. The main purpose of the dialogue is supposed to be amongst the citizens of Bahrain via their representatives in order to agree on a consensus which would be presented to the government who accordingly agreed to study the demands, as stated once reached, and come to a compromise  and agreement according to the consensus.

However and simply, and as the international media portrays only one side, opposition anti government groups decided that they don't want to include anyone in the dialogue to reach a consensus which would be presented and instead like the international media (and unfortunately foreign governments) constantly failed to recognize anyone with an opposing opinion and purposely  labeled them as the government in order to continue to treat them as if they don’t exist.

Do they or the international media assume that a solution will be sought or a consensus drawn by ignorance of the existence of people relatively equal in numbers to that of the opposition they support?

This refusal to acknowledge anyone that differs from their view and labeling them as government-in order to avoid any other presence except their own- like the international media did and continues to do, will never enable any solution.

I am sorry, but thousands demand a voice and rights, we do exist whether you like to admit or not , and via the representatives we choose, just like opposition groups , we have the right to air our voice and be participants in any discussion regarding every Bahrainis future.

To the labeled “Islamic” political groups, why do you continue to complain to people that should not have relevance in our internal affairs? By doing so, you reveal all our weaknesses, vulnerability and psychological defeat. Mark my words, their will be no beneficiary.

Say, “It is Allah who saves you from it and from every distress”[6:64] not the south, not the west, not the north and not the east.

We can either continue to eliminate and be ignorant to one another, which is inhumane, or deal with our differences and establish a consensus amongst ourselves and forward it for a solution. May I add, that for once, without external entities constant interference.
